Scaffolding Design

Design calculations and drawings are something that we are sometimes asked for by our customers.

We currently work in partnership with a Scaffolding Design company from Leeds, and we can produce the scaffolding calculations & drawings to your specific requirements. All designs are produced to the neccessary NASC / British Standards.

To make the design process hassle free for our customers, we offer a complete service from the initial estimation through to design and erection. For further information on our Scaffolding Design Services, please do not hesitate to ask.

Scaffolding Inspections

By Law, scaffoldings should be inspected every 7 days once handed over to the customer by a competent person.

Some of our customers prefer to have the scaffolding inspected more frequently by a member of our expert team.

We are very happy to offer this service, and supply the neccessary safety equipment such as ScaffTags & inspection reports, giving you confidence that the scaffolding continues to be maintained in a safe and working order. Equipment

We have a large stock of Galvanised Scaffold Tube, Fittings and scaffold boards, all securly stored on site at our Hull Depot.

With our partner company B&A Hire & Sales also being located within the same facility, we have access to a huge range of plant and power tools, including site security equipment such as Heras Fencing.

Know matter the job, we have the equipment and resources to deliver you a high quality, cost-effective project.

Transport

At B&A Scaffolding, We have a large fleet of plant and transport in operation, including:

  • An Iveco 17.5 ton multi-lift with 11 bodies
  • 5 Iveco 3.5 ton ridged wagons
  • 1 D.A.F 3.5 ton ridged wagon
  • 2 Transit pickups
  • A Cherry Picker
  • A Fork Lift

All the vehicles within our fleet have regular services and inspections, ensuring Health & Safety is maintained to the highest possible levels.
